How do I place an order?

Simply go to our contact page, fill out your details, and upload a logo if you have one. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours to discuss your custom-made beanies.

Can I design my own custom beanies?

While many sites offer this option, we’ve found that it often slows down the process. The best approach is to let our expert design team create a few designs based on your logo and colours. If you’ve seen a design you like, we can replicate it for you.

Can I order a sample?

You are welcome to order a sample at a small cost, although with our digital designs, there should be no need. We can also send you a sample from a previous order if you'd like to assess the quality of our custom pom pom beanies.

Can I order different sizes?

Our custom-designed beanies come in two sizes: small (ages 0–8) and large (ages 9+). You can include a combination of both sizes in your order.

What are you payment terms?

When placing your order, we require a 50% deposit to be made within 7 days. The remaining balance is due upon receiving your custom-made beanies.

How do I pay for my custom beanies?

We accept direct bank transfer or cash. You can also pay via credit card, though this will incur additional fees.

How long do my custom designed beanies take to make?

It takes around 7–14 business days to create a sample of your beanie. Once approved, they will be mass-produced and delivered to you in approximately 3 weeks.

How much is the postage/shipping?

Delivery is included in our custom beanie pricing. The only additional cost is a remote area fee for locations outside standard courier boundaries.
