Everything you need to know about ordering custom shoe charms with Customyzed.
Can I use any logo or artwork?
Yes. Send us your logo, club badge, artwork or idea and we'll adapt it into a design suitable for a custom PVC shoe charm. Some very fine details may need to be simplified, and we'll always send you the design for approval before proceeding. We can't reproduce artwork you don't have permission to use.
Who can order custom shoe charms?
Anyone! We create custom shoe charms for sporting clubs, schools, businesses, events, fundraisers and other organisations. Whether you're selling them, giving them to members or using them as promotional merchandise, we'll help you create something unique to your organisation.
How does the process work?
Send us your logo, artwork or idea and we'll create a custom design for your shoe charm. Once you're happy with the design, we'll create your sample and send you detailed photos for approval. After you've approved the sample, your charms go into production before being shipped directly to you.
Will I approve the design before production?
Absolutely. We'll send you a digital design showing how your custom shoe charm will look before anything is produced. You'll have the opportunity to review the design and request changes if needed. Production only begins once you're completely happy with the final design and have given us your approval.
What is the turnaround time?
Allow approximately 7–14 days for your sample to be created and approved. Once approved, production generally takes around 3–4 weeks before your finished order is shipped. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and let you know if anything is likely to affect your expected delivery time.
What are your payment terms?
Once you've approved your design and are ready to proceed, payment is required before we begin production. This allows us to move your order into sampling and production without unnecessary delays. We'll provide all payment details and confirm everything with you before your order moves to the next stage.
Can I order a physical sample?
Yes. If you'd like to see your actual charm before committing to the full order, we can produce and ship a physical sample. The current sample cost is $80 + GST, with $50 credited toward your order when you proceed with 100 or more charms.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order for custom shoe charms is 50 pieces per design. This allows us to create the custom mould and manufacture your charms at a practical unit cost. If you're planning a larger quantity, we can also provide pricing options based on the number of charms you require.
