Q: Can I use any logo for my shoe charm?

Some logos are quite detailed but that doesn't mean we can't use our magic touch to simplify them. Set us the challenge and see the result.

Also some logos are a 'no-go' due to copyright or trademark restrictions. We don't touch these!

Q: Who can order shoe charms?

Our shoe charms have become incredibly popular with sporting clubs, schools and businesses of all sizes. Whether they are being sold or given away as a promotion, our shoes charms are a real winner when it comes to showing off your brand.... and they make your Crocs or shoes look amazing too!!

Q: Can you explain the process?

1. Logos/Artwork - First of all we work with you to make your logo suitable for our machines and get your approval.

2. Production - We then make the moulds and inject each colour until the charm is complete. They are then cured and have the button glued to the back.

3. Shipping - After one final approval we then ship them direct to your door. Our express shipping take 3-5 working days.

Q: Do I get any input along the journey?

At Customyzed we make sure to keep our clients involved as much as possible along the journey. Nothing happens without your say-so and we make sure we get your approval before each step of production.

Q: What is the turnaround time on my charms?

Once you have approved the logo and we are ready to make the mould, it usually takes around 4 weeks for your charms to arrive.

Q: What are your payment terms?

Once you are happy with the logo we are using to create your unique charm we do ask you to make payment in full before we proceed. This ensures there are no delays and you receive your charms on time.

Payment can be made via direct bank transfer.

Q: Can we get a sample made?

Before proceeding with the mass production of your charms we do send through high quality photos for approval. This satisfies most clients.

For those that must have one in their hand before proceeding, we can make a sample and ship it. This comes at a cost of $80+gst. $50 will be credited once the full order of 100+ charms has been placed.
