How do I place an order?

Simply go to our contact page, fill out your details and upload a logo if you have one. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours to discuss your custom made beanies.

Can I design my own custom beanies?

Many sites offer this option but from our experience this only hinders the process. We have found the best way is to let our design team create a few designs based on your logo and colours. If you have seen a design you like, we can replicate it.

Can I order a sample?

You are welcome to order a sample at a small cost although with our digital designs there should be no need. We can also send you a sample from a previous order if you'd like to assess the quality of our custom pom pom beanies.

Can I order different sizes?

Our custom designed beanies come in either small (ages 0-8) and large (ages 9+). Your order can be a combination of both sizes.

What are you payment terms?

On placing your order we ask that a 50% deposit is made within 7 days. The remainder of the payment is due on receiving your custom made beanies.

How do I pay for my custom beanies?

We accept either direct bank transfer or cash. There is the facility to pay via credit card although this does incur fees.

How long do my custom designed beanies take to make?

It takes around 7 - 14 business days to create a sample of your beanie. Once approved, they will be mass produced and in your hands in around 3 weeks.

How much is the postage/shipping?

Delivery is included in our custom beanie pricing. The only additional cost is a remote area fee for those outside normal courier boundaries.
