Samples Are Made...

Contact us via our contact page, email address, or phone number. One of our friendly team members will guide you through the process.

Our staff will use the image provided to create your charms and/or beanies. For the beanies, we will send through some design options for your approval.

We use your logo and colours to create a sample of your design. This takes around 7–14 days to create, and we don’t proceed without approval.

Production and Shipping...

It takes roughly 3–4 weeks to mass-produce and ship our custom shoe charms and embroidered beanies directly to your door.
